The story of a photographer

I am a photographic artist in Montana. I married my high school sweetheart, Russell, and together we live in East Helena with our four children, three dogs, four cats, and a lizard. My Montana roots are five generations deep which could explain why I love the beauty of the Big Sky State so much. 

I first picked up a camera in 6th grade and discovered my passion for photography through 4-H. I actually met my husband in my high school photography class so you can say it's pretty serious. Although I love me a grand landscape, my favorite thing to photograph is actually weeds. I love finding beauty in the ordinary or often overlooked.
